We are happy to be ranked 19th in the list of 100 Women Manager-Friendly Companies, and 36th in the list of 100 Women-Friendly Companies, published by Capital magazine as every year.
Dilek Bayram, General Manager of Financial Affairs at Özdilek Holding, attended the award ceremony held online, representing Özdilek. In her speech, she emphasized that companies with more female employees are more successful in productivity and stated that they are glad to be included in this list. At the end of her speech, she conveyed her thanks to Mr. Hüseyin Özdilek, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and to all employees on behalf of all her female colleagues, for giving importance to and leading the employment of female employees.
