Founded in the retail sector in 1967, Özdilek expanded into the textile industry through an investment made in 1971.


Retail operations are carried out across 181 service points. The company operates 3 shopping malls based on a leasable concept and 11 shopping malls developed under its proprietary concept. Each shopping mall delivers services through company-owned stores and supermarkets. Within proprietary concept shopping malls, all sales operations are conducted directly alongside store and supermarket activities. Unlike competitors, service operations at every location are also carried out directly by the group. The company also operates 11 supermarkets, 10 department stores, and 146 home textile stores. Additional service areas within shopping malls consist of entertainment centers, cinemas, and café and restaurant areas.


In the home textile sector, production focuses on towels and bathrobes in the bathroom product group, as well as bedspread sets and duvet cover sets in the bedroom product group. With production capacity for bathroom group products in fully integrated facilities equipped with modern technology, Özdilek ranks among the world’s leading manufacturers. In the bedroom product group, the brand is recognized among Türkiye’s leading names.


Operational fields encompass shopping malls, research and development, entertainment centers, energy, home textiles, e-commerce, food, construction, business centers, import and export, cafés and restaurants, healthy living centers, retail, insurance, cinema, tourism, agriculture, and livestock and breeding farms.
