Guiding and leading the retail industry, EuroShop 2023 hosted 1,830 exhibitors from 55 countries and more than 81,000 visitors from five continents. Özdilek's general managers, assistant managers, and senior executives also participated in the fair in Düsseldorf, Germany which is a strong reference for the entire industry with its innovative power. Known as an inspiring international trade fair, this year's main themes were digitalization, energy management, and sustainability. Advancements in quite a number of segments of retail -from offline shopping to online shopping experiences brought about by digitalization- were discussed, and predictions about the future of shopping were shared.
